Every sauna below is a SaunaLife kit that ships free to the continental US. Each one needs an electric heater, and we size it for you and add it on the product page. This guide gets you to the right model in about two minutes. Not sure? Call or text Clark, the owner, at 732-320-9269.
1. Start with how many people
Seat counts are the manufacturer’s. For comfortable lying-down sessions, pick one size up.
| Usually in the sauna | Good fits |
|---|---|
| 1–2 people | CL3G cube: the smallest footprint, about 4.5 x 4.3 ft |
| 2–3 people | E6 barrel or CL4G cube |
| 3–4 people | E7, EE6G, CL5G, G2 or GL4 |
| 4–6 people | E8, EE8G, CL7G, G3 or GL6 |
| 6–8 people, or you want a changing room | CL12GCP cube suite |
2. Pick a style
Barrel (E6, E7, E8)
The round shape means less air to heat, so it warms up fast and evenly. The Ergo series has 6′5″ of headroom and contoured benches. Lowest price per seat.
Choose if: you want the classic look, quick heat and the best value.
Glass-front barrel (EE6G, EE8G)
A wider 7′3″ barrel with a full tempered-glass front wall. You get the barrel’s fast heat plus a view of your yard.
Choose if: you want a barrel that feels open and bright.
Cube (CL3G–CL7G)
Square Nordic design with a full glass front and upright walls. Easier to place against a fence or deck edge. Contoured two-tier benches.
Choose if: you want a clean, modern shape that fits tight spaces.
Cabin & pod (G2, G3)
A small sauna house. The G3 adds a covered front porch for cooling off between rounds.
Choose if: you want it to look like a small building, not a barrel.
Glass-front cabin (GL4, GL6)
Thick Nordic thermo-wood walls, a panoramic glass front, and Wi-Fi LED lighting inside and under the eaves. The showpiece option.
Choose if: the sauna is a centerpiece of your backyard.
Cube with changing room (CL12GCP)
Eight-person sauna plus a separate changing room with its own lockable entry door. Built for families and hosts.
Choose if: you want space to change, store towels and cool down.

4. What else you’ll need
- A level base. A concrete pad, compacted pavers or a reinforced deck rated for the sauna’s weight (roughly 1,000–2,500 lb loaded; each product page has the exact shipping weight).
- An electric heater on a 240 V circuit. We match the heater to the sauna (4.5–10.5 kW above). A licensed electrician hard-wires it on a dedicated circuit sized from the heater manual.
- Delivery access. Kits arrive by freight truck, curbside, by appointment. Plan on a forklift, tractor or rental equipment to unload the crate. We’ll go over options with you before it ships.
- Two people and a day or two. Barrels and cubes usually go up in a day. Cabins and the CL12GCP take longer.
