What "owner-run" means in practice

Backyard Supply Direct is a small company in Monmouth County, New Jersey. When you call, you reach the person who placed the order with the factory, who knows which SaunaLife crates ship on which truck, and who will be the one chasing the carrier if a pallet is late. There's no ticket number. We recommend a call for anything over $2,000, not because the checkout doesn't work, but because a ten-minute conversation about your pad, your electrical and your heater saves a return.

Authorized dealer for every brand on the site

SaunaLife, Harvia, Kohler, ThermaSol, The Outdoor Plus and HPC Fire Inspired. Authorized means the warranty is valid, the product is current-production, and the manufacturer picks up the phone when we call on your behalf. We don't carry gray-market or discontinued stock, and we don't list anything we can't actually get.

The guarantees, in plain words

• Price match: find the same product lower at another authorized retailer, before or within 14 days after you order, and we'll match it.
• Free freight: every order, continental US, no minimum. Accessories go UPS/FedEx; saunas, tubs and ovens go LTL freight to your curb.
• Damage: note it on the delivery receipt and send us a photo the same day. We handle the claim and the replacement; you don't deal with the carrier.
• Returns: see the returns policy, or just call.
