HPC Forno de Pizza Aluminum Pizza Peel w/38" Wood Handle

HPC Forno de Pizza Aluminum Pizza Peel with 38 inch Wood Handle is the standard peel for placing and retrieving pizzas in your HPC pizza oven. The 9 by 11 inch aluminum paddle is lightweight for quick maneuvering and thin enough to slip under the pizza without disturbing the crust. The 38-inch wood handle gives you safe reach into the oven at full temperature.

Aluminum is the preferred material for pizza insertion peels — it heats and cools quickly, and dough slides off cleanly. Use this peel for pizza placement and the wooden paddle for turning and serving.
