- Sauna stones: one or two boxes depending on the heater — stones & accessories.
- Electrical: electric heaters need a dedicated 240V circuit run by a licensed electrician. Wood-burning models need a chimney kit.
- Base: a level pad — concrete, pavers, gravel or a deck rated for the weight.

Common questions
Is the heater included? Usually not — most kits are priced without a heater so you can choose electric or wood-burning and the right size. We'll match one for you.
Can I assemble it myself? Yes. SaunaLife and Kohler kits are designed for two people over a weekend with basic tools. ThermaSol cabins arrive as larger pre-built panels and may need a contractor.
What base does it need? Level and solid: a concrete pad, pavers, compacted gravel or a deck rated for the weight.
Does it need a permit? Often no for the structure, but the 240V circuit must be installed by a licensed electrician and may require an electrical permit. Check locally.
How does delivery work? Free curbside freight; the carrier schedules with you. Panels and crates are heavy, so have a second person on hand.
