Rento Dried Birch Sauna Whisk

The Rento Dried Birch Sauna Whisk brings the traditional Finnish vihta ritual home. Rento skillfully dries and packages each whisk so the birch leaves retain their natural scent for the best aromatherapy quality — and so you can enjoy the circulation-boosting effects of a sauna whisk all year long, not just in birch season.

How to Use

• Soak the dried whisk in warm water before your session to soften and rehydrate the leaves
• Gently tap or sweep the whisk over the skin in the heat of the sauna
• Dip it in your sauna bucket and shake it over the stones for an aromatic birch steam
