Competition pitmasters have used drum smokers for decades because they work. The HPC Stainless Steel Drum Smoker takes that proven format and upgrades it with HPC's patented Vortex technology — a heat management system that circulates airflow in a consistent vortex pattern for even, predictable cooking temperatures from edge to edge. No hot spots, no cold zones, no babysitting.

Built from heavy-gauge stainless steel for lifetime outdoor durability. A serious piece of outdoor cooking equipment for the homeowner who takes BBQ as seriously as their backyard.
