HPC Forno de Pizza Wood Fired Oven Pans are heavy-gauge aluminum pizza pans engineered for high-temperature wood-fired oven use. Set of 2. The 12-inch diameter and wide rim design provide excellent support when sliding in and out of the oven, and aluminum's thermal properties allow for fast, even heat transfer for crispy, uniform crusts.

Use these pans for pan-style or thicker crust pizzas, focaccia, and flatbreads. Ideal for recipes where you want a contained, shaped crust rather than a free-form Neapolitan bake.

  • Set of 2 aluminum pizza pans
  • Diameter: 12 inches
  • Wide rim design for easy handling
  • Heavy-gauge aluminum construction
  • Ships within 1-2 business days
