HPC Forno de Pizza Infrared Thermometer gives you instant, accurate temperature readings at any point on your pizza oven hearth stone or cooking surface — without touching the oven. A squeeze of the trigger and the laser pointer tells you exactly when your hearth is at Neapolitan temperature (750 to 900 degrees Fahrenheit) and whether heat is evenly distributed across the cooking surface.

Wide temperature range of -26 degrees to 986 degrees Fahrenheit. Backlit display for low-light visibility. 12:1 distance-to-target ratio. Auto power-off and low battery indicator. Includes 9V battery.
